Strange cheese pricing ...

We were over at Ardeo-Bardeo the other night, and this was their cheese list. As-written, this list doesn't make a lot of sense. You order 1 cheese or 4, right?

I do like a lot about that restaurant though. Amazing Brussels sprouts, good looking bar ... somehow though it always looks like a movie set though. Like it's not quite real. I sort of like that.

I remember, years ago, way back, when Bardeo served pate instead of butter with the bread. So damn good. And for a while there was a great black rice-stuffed pepper on the menu, but it's tough to sell squid ink. Alas.
